We want you to be fully satisfied with your QUQUITO products. If you aren’t, we offer complimentary returns within 7 days of receipt. QUQUITO Full Price Online purchases will be returned to you. QUQUITO backpacks purchases can be returned by mail to our business address.
QUQUITO products with manufacture damage showed during the first months you own it, QUQUITO will cover all the exchange expenses, including shipping costs to and from our facility. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage and incidental or consequential damages.
No, we do not currently have a physical store. We operate solely online.
After you have submitted your Order, you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately.
A product's availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page, if the product is not available will be showing as Out of Stock. Most products on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some products are either not yet available (Coming soon) or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder).
While exchanges are not accepted by QUQUITO at this time, You can follow the return steps and place a separate order on WWW.QUQUITO.COM for the new desired item. If return is not done before the 7 days of the purchases, shipping cost will not be included.
Make note of the Availability of the product. This tells you when we expect to ship your product from our warehouse. Once your product has left our warehouse, shipping, it may actually take 4-5 full business days for your order to arrive. Products are only shipped during regular business days, which are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please note: most items take a minimum of 1 to 2 days to leave our warehouse if in stock, before the shipping process begins. Additional time is required for monogramming and accenting of an item.
