Orders & Shipping

How fast do you ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, not counting weekends or holidays. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

What shipping options do you offer?

Within the U.S.: Standard (5–7 business days), Expedited (2–3 business days) and Overnight (1 business day). Rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to select countries. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days. Customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email sales@ququito.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging. See our full Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Email sales@ququito.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

When will I get my refund?

Within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return, to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for the one you want.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. Custom and personalized orders are final sale.

Materials & Care

What's the difference between full-grain, top-grain and genuine leather?

Full-grain is the strongest, most natural layer and develops a patina over time. Top-grain is lightly sanded for a smoother, more uniform finish. Genuine leather is real leather from lower layers of the hide. Every product page lists the exact material.

What is patina?

The rich, darker tone that full-grain and calfskin leather develop with use. It's a sign of quality, not wear.

How do I care for my leather bag?

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Condition it every 3–6 months with a leather conditioner. Keep it away from long direct sun and heat, and store it in a breathable dust bag.
