Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — calculated at checkout
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days). Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages QUQUITO is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@ququito.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
